To garantee confirmation of any reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required.Upon confirmation of the reservation, we will issue an invoice with balance due. 
Final payment on this invoice must be received at least 30 days prior to the commencement of rental period.

• Rental saturday to saturday, checking in from 3pm checking out within 10am
• Our rates are per week and per accommodation
• Rates include charges
• a deposit og 230€ per apartment will be required at arrival; it will be refund at departure, if there are no damages in the apartments
• the visitor's tax and the final cleaning are compulsory and must be paid at arrival
• bed linen by arrangement: it can be rented at €15 per person per week
• cot free and available on request
